Pursuant to the provisions of Article 495, paragraphs 1 and 5 of the Law on Companies of the Republic of Serbia (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, Nos. 36/2011, 99/2011, 83/2014 – other law, 5/2015, 44/2018, 95/2018 and 91/2019), the company PREDUZEĆE ZA PROJEKTOVANJE I RAZVOJ SOFTVERA TICO COMPUTERS D.O.O NIŠ-PALILULA, with its registered seat at Šumadijska 1, City Municipality of Palilula, City of Niš, company registration number: 20950846, tax identification number (PIB): 108198633 (hereinafter: the “Acquiring Company”), and DRUŠTVO ZA PROJEKTOVANJE I RAZVOJ SOFTVERA WEBTEAM D.O.O. NIŠ-PALILULA, with its registered seat at Šumadijska 1, City Municipality of Palilula, City of Niš, company registration number: 20955490, tax identification number (PIB): 108223691 (hereinafter: the “Transferring Company”), hereby notify the general public, and in particular their known and potential creditors, of their intention to implement a status change whereby the Transferring Company shall be merged into the Acquiring Company.
